I know it doesn’t look great but this is my first meal prep ever and if u guys have any pointers or new things to try/cook I’d love that. It honestly looks like a lot more food IRL. Lol

The only thing I think I’m having problems with is measuring my servings (I think I should be doing that? Idk.) bc I’m kind of just guessing how much I’ll eat bc honestly I don’t eat that much lol

•Pan seared chicken (??) With minced garlic and the 2 gringos season all rub

•Air fried Brussel Sprouts, cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil

• ~ 3/4 cup Non fat Greek yogurt with a serving of whey protein and a few pieces of chopped banana for breakfast/after gym snack bc I get badddd sweets cravings and it tastes just like cheese cake 😭

And of course the Cholula to dip my chicken in 😋

I personally measure everything until I can eyeball the portions. I just put the container on the scale and zero it out and add stuff until the weight is on point.

Doesn’t matter if don’t look great. As long as it’s nutritious and gets the job done. That’s all that matters.

But this does look like a fun spin on a white meat, and vegetable dish.

I do find if I bake chicken breast in a marinade it does not dry out like cooking it in a pan.

I highly recommend grill mates mesquite 15 minute marinade. (I put the chicken and the seasoning in a big bag and let it sit for about 15 minutes- half a day and I will put the chicken and the marinade in an oven safe casserole dish.

Or bake chicken breast in chicken stock- I do that if I am going to shred it for meals

Also! For a small snack I will get greek yogurt and put 2 table spoons of cool whip in it…. such a yummy treat!! (add protein powder to make a bigger snack) the cool whip just adds such a yummy texture
