Some chicken thighs that I marinated in teriyaki glaze and smoked on my MM 36. Had 2 blocks of cherry wood from jealous devil in the smoke box and had nice smoke even though I kept it at 300 the whole time. Tried to make sure the photo showed the nice red color the smoke gave.
