    I eat so much salad! I eat salad for breakfast. I meal prep 14 salads every week.

    Salad is the BEST. So many options and ways to dress it up. Also obligatory shout out to Pyrex. Their vintage stuff is fantastic.

    They take time to prepare. Some ingredients go bad quickly. Unless you truly vary it up, they can get old / boring (and fast).

    I eat a big old salad everyday. I change it up a lot. Chef salad, cobb salad, unwich salads. I work from home and enjoy making my salad. Today was tuna salad- chopped iceberg, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, green olive, hot peppers, tuna salad made with mayo on top of this. Crunchy good

    I dont hate salads but I get bored of them quickly, I eat a lot of roasted veggie bowls though, zucchini, squash, carrots, lil gold potatoes. Easy to add protein too

    My problem with salads is the dressing can make it wayyy too calorically dense. Just a splash of vinegar or some lemon juice is great but I find that to be kinda boring after a while. Love it as a side dish but tire of them as whole meals.

    Salads are a cheat code. But they come with a draw back. They get old pretty fast, and they also don’t keep you full for very long. That’s why protein and fats are needed.

    I snacked on carrots and celery before my dinner as I was chopping crudités for my kids I had steak and salad for dinner and was very full!! I didn’t feel like eating anything else I was only at 980cals for the whole day (normally 1300+) it’s amazing what starting with veggies can do for your appetite! I did make sure I bumped up my calories after for the day though.
