let’s make some chicken salad for a quick high protein lunch add four cups of shredded chicken 1 cup of mayonnaise 1/ a cup of diced celery 3 cup of diced red onion 2 tbsp sliced green onions 1 tbsp Tangy dejon mustard 2 taspo lemon juice half teaspoon of salt and 1/4 taspo of black pepper give it a good stir until all the ingredients are combined serve with fresh greens or as a sandwich for a quick and easy meal this chicken salad is great for meal prep
