Recipe makes 2 biggg pieces for 132 cals with 21grams protien!!

40 grams baking stevia (could definitely do with more than that but I ran out!!) so I’d recommend 50-80 depending on your Sweet tooth!
My protien flavour drops
Teaspoon baking powder
Whisk egg whites in a bowl with electric mixer until stiff peaks (under whipped mine a bit because I was lazy) fold in the yogurt, add ya protien, oats + sweetner
And baking powder folding the mixture until combined. I also added some sparkling water (didn’t measure but I’m guessing around 100mls ) for a more mixable/pourable consistency.
Cover a cake tin in baking paper so it dosnt stick + u don’t need oil. Plonk da mixture in (my dish was a smallish square baking dish) and bake in a preheated oven (160°c) until tops golden and knife comes out clean.
I had mine with halo top, Greek yogurt, berries and sugar free jelly
