How to enjoy okra without the “slime”😆
This is a quick recipe for crispy okra, no batter or breading needed!!
✨Ingredients✨
for 2 servings
12 fresh okra pods
potato starch, for dusting
1 Tbsp vegan butter
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce or tamari
lemon wedges for garnish
1. Trim the stem ends, and cut the okra in half, lengthwise.
2. Lightly dust with potato starch (can be subbed with cornstarch).
3. Heat vegan butter in a frying pan, and cook the okra on both sides until crispy and browned.
4.Turn heat off and add soy sauce. Coat both sides with the sauce. Serve with lemon wedges, and ENJOY💕
