  1. Ah, the Leaning Tower of Lasagna, I see! Impressive how it’s defying gravity with that precarious slant. And what’s up with the double pasta sheet layer? Did someone think this was a pasta sandwich? It’s like they couldn’t decide if they were making lasagna or building a carb fortress. That top layer looks like it got caught in a wildfire—crispy to the point of no return. This lasagna’s so dry, it could pass as a desert relic. Better luck next time, chef!

I don’t see a lot of bechamel. Since you requested a roasting, I’ll ask if you are trying to cut down calories.

I don’t care how “incorrect” it may be I would absolutely smash.

That’s a stiff bechamel, did you sub polenta for roux?

Doesn’t look too bad just a bit rough.

    You want a roast? Ok

That is not bechamel cause once it gets heated up it is more fluid. You used some kind of cheese. That is not really lasagna. It is a beautiful plate but not anything Italian.

Is that Kraft cellulose Parmesan on top?

    Ragù is looking kinda dry
    Mozzarella doesn’t belong on lasagna
It somehow looks wrong but I can’t quite pinpoint why

This is not a dishes. Looks like my niece plaything

Looks like you used mozzarella instead of besciamella
