I made this dressing with oilivenoil and Dijon mustard balsamic vinegar and after refrigerating it looks crazy is there a trick to keep it from doing this ?

    Real olive oil will solidify at fridge temperatures, give it a bit of whiskey business and it’ll come together again.

    Leave it out for 15 minutes. The oil is congealed because it was in the fridge.

    Use basic vegetable oil next time like canola. Also this sub is for food hacks and this post is food wack.

    Did it break on you? Did it change from one look to a completely new look? Like nice and fluffy to oil slicked blob? IF so, then you need to start again as you will never get that back again. Also why Balsamic Vinegar with Dijon Mustard?

    Olive oil always does that. Let it sit out for a very short time and you’ll be golden.

    Sit that bowl in another larger bowl of warm water and it will melt

    I think this can be fixed by OP staying out of the kitchen.

    Why you refrigerate it? The vinegar will preserve it.
