so here we are for this week we’ve got cut steak Sirloin on top of avocado guac there’s an egg yolk in there salt and lime please read in the captions for the recipe for that one then we move on to sliced apple and of course these are in glass to go containers then we move on to sliced raw cheese and yes I drizzled some honey on top of that let’s dive in we have salmon mixed with avocado and some salt sure you can squeeze in some lemon there too as well but salmon tastes good cold and as it does warmed up as well we have an hardboiled egg then I have a handful of blueberries nourishing delicious easy and simple for you okay let’s dive in I’ve got Grilled Chicken Kebabs these are corn and soy free from White Oak pastures this is to replace those nasty chicken nuggets that your kids have in school I also drizzled that with a little bit of honey just lightly drizzle to get that sweetness then I’ve got a handful of Olives as well as cut up pieces of Parmesan regano super delicious and then we move to a sliced up banana so this could be for your kids for school or even for you in the office I hope you enjoy love cold cut so let’s go ahead in here I made a rib roast you can slice that thin and it’s a essentially a roast beef you can put it with soft cheese you can do it with hard cheese or you could do it without so that is amazing then we also have a hardboiled egg here and then moving on to our fruit sliced up mango you could sprinkle some salt on there or you can also drizzle some honey so this is a really good lunch and like I said it switches out kind of that old school rolled up cold cuts it’s coming in Hots we’re moving down here to an egg tar or kiche recipe is to come but obviously we got some eggs as your base here then we move on to a little bit more protein this is carnivore crisps grass-fed beef brisket what a blessing for kids school lunches and also adults to take with them to work grass-fed beef brisket purified water Redman Real Salt awesome ingredient then of course we move on to little sweet fruit here with some orange so I hope the kids and I hope the adults you like your lunch lunch ideas moving into our squash mash and on top of that is rib roast it represents like a roast beef so it tastes good cold or you can keep it in your thermos to keep it warm for school lunches then I have some sliced cucumbers sprinkle some salt on there and I have a few dried raisins so nice different it’s fun to switch it up bacon I wrapped that in chicken this is corn and soy free from White Oak pastures regenerative Farm down in Georgia then we move over here who says I couldn’t be cute without children I’ve got some fantastic little toothpicks going on here with raspberries blueberries and feta cheese with what is that red white and blue and then I drizzled some raw honey that is what makes a great lunch adding more honey but I know these are in glass so if you guys can find stainless steel or something thermos that can hold heat that’s awesome and even better but right now for Show’s sake I’m showing you the next meal option we have stew meat I actually used lamb but you can use different stew meat and then I put some bone broth in there it’s getting colder outside so soup season has arrived so this will be nice if it was in a thermos nice and warm for lunch yum yum yum okay then we move to cut up cheddar cheese and these are actually cured egg yolks I will show you the recipe if I haven’t already um and those are really super amazing nourishing put them like like little cheese um sandwiches right and then you just eat them yummy then we move on to a little bit of blueberries and then also to go honey I take them in separate glass containers but you could also use one of these little packets I’m not too jazzed about the packets just some concerns about it however it’s convenient easy and you can send it off with your kids there’s a new BLT in town free of lectin now hear me out bacon liver and tongue so I have tongue in here I have crispy liver crisp by carnivore crisp amazing and of course bacon you can make these into like little slider sandwiches amazing also on the side a squash and then I crumbled bits of heart in there again by carnivore CIS crisp so this is super amazing and super tasty breakfast or lunch burrito who wouldn’t want this for school or for the office it’s amazing it tastes super good and the tortilla doesn’t break so instead of grabbing those rollups or those sandwiches or tacos at any sort of cafeteria disgusting seed oils processed sugars you can make your own I created an animal-based tortilla recipe you can find that in yesterday’s real but you can put anything you want in it you put ground beef I put some avocado in here put a little salt super awesome and the tortillas are made out of eggs and parm cheese or sorry and cheddar cheese I also created a to go thing with cafir in it you can also put any fruit you want blend it um and put it in a thermost that will keep it cold so I hope this idea gives you some variety we’ve got raw cheddar cheese here we’ve got strip steak and we also have um pickles that I made so super fun as well as these little guys cute little grape and cheese with like little almost raspberry hats on it so as well also staying consistent with animal based and prepping for your to go meals and then also a little packet of honey you can include coming in with lamb this is peeled apart from lamb leg or you could do a lamb shank or whatever but the point is is that lamb actually tastes really good cold especially when you mix it in a homemade tsiki sauce then we move on to a hard-boiled egg just adding in a little bit more protein and then as well as my homemade trail mix this is amazing this recipe is to come these are dehydrated little banana chips I also put some carnivore crisps in there with its dehydrated heart and bison as well as these little Crispies so this recipe you’ll find if you scroll through some of my reels this is um from homemade Tallow these are actually little bonus Crispies that when you render sweet turns into Tallow and then you get these extra little fat Krispies super amazing throw a little salt in there and then you got yourself a super tasty Beal does anyone love lamb as much as I do my body screams a full body yes when I eat it and that’s why I’m having it today this is a spaghetti animal based spaghetti and lamb meatball with bone marrow cream sauce Pro tip don’t package this in a cooler because you don’t want the bone Mara to solidify you still want it to leave it a little bit liquidy so that’s what I prefer then we move over here I have some yogurt diced up apples and drizzled it with honey of course and then over here I just want to make sure I stay hydrated today because I will be very active on the slopes skiing so this is my homemade electrolyte drink with lemon and salt you can check out one of that or check this out in one of my reels and yeah so this is what I’m having on the slopes for lunch let’s check out what I got here for lunch we have a beef stew this is amazing I love this and then I’ve also put some heart pieces in there too they won’t really know the difference if their kids however maybe you might want to do it crispy style so heart Krispies crush it up in there another option you can do is put it in a thermos because it stays warm I took this on the slopes and it was so so yummy when I had this for lunch so now we move on to a for those who have a little bit of a sweet tooth I sliced up some apples and then continuing on the heart theme and Love Theme these are really cute fun things that I made out of dates so if I didn’t show the you the recipe already the recipe will be coming out shortly so one of my favorite ways to enjoy ground beef is to pair it with plantains it kind of helps me connect a little bit with my Cuban Roots here so this is what I’m having for lunch today ground beef and then I mashed in some plantains with it gives it a nice little sweetness just a different taste and I really like it then on the side you got pork rind so you can take them as a snack or you can crush it up and put it in the mixture maybe for your kids or just has a different flavor so I really like that added crunch to that mixture and then I also have raw milk and honey super yummy who doesn’t like a glass of milk with a little sweetness to it you can also add some fruit and make it into a smoothie so I hope you enjoy this lunch I love this one because it substitutes a typical burger and or sandwich for either your kids or even if you take to work so what I did was squash pancakes there’s Smash Burger in between the other squash pancakes so you’ve already seen the recipe for squash pancakes and you’ve already seen the recipe for squash Burgers just put it together so that is one then I also have pickles here with shredded parmesan Rano on there super yummy gives you that nice little Crunch and then a little bit of blueberries on the side so I really enjoy this meal it’s fun it’s different and I hope you do too this is why I love making big family style dishes because you get a lot and have leftovers for days on end so this is what I am having for lunch today leftovers this is animal based Hunter pie it’s super yummy super delicious and you can see the recipe from a previous real also I am bringing a pear because pears are super yummy and it goes really well with this sort of like comfort food um and then honey so you can either pack it in a nice little glass thing or cool little Nifty honey packet so enjoy your lunch today okay this is a super simple lunch while also being super flavorful I love this you could separate it and eat it separately or you can mix it all together and it’s just like so powerful in your mouth anyways this is a buttery cheesy butternut squash that I mixed a raw egg yolk in here too parmesan cheese super yummy with some squash then over here I have ground beef that I added a tablespoon of sour cream in there and of course salted it and it’s just it’s delicious I you can’t go wrong with it and then I added a banana enjoy your lunch today taco bowl that’s what I have for you today for lunch let’s check it out so I have my homemade toast denies which you can find the recipe on my YouTube or scroll back through my Instagram however you don’t don’t have to do my homemade tonis what you can do is buy those bnana chips they’re plantain chips and they make an excellent base for a taco bowl so let’s dive in further we’ve got ground lamb I made you could do ground beef you could even do shredded corn and soyf free chicken or pork or anything maybe even salmon Wild Cup salmon if you like top it on top have your kids or your significant other make this taco bowl at work or at school then of course A Generous sour cream dollop as well as some shredded cheese of your choice that’s raw shredded parmesan and then I have pickles for that extra added Crunch and then if you want to give them something sweet too a little raw honey packet Bo enjoy I made meatballs so these are a kind of smaller bite-sized portion I made it with ground lamb and ground beef I switched it up so pick your meat and go ahead and make your meatball so this is a pickle I have homemade pickles if you scroll back through my Instagram you can see the recipe on those and that gives you a little Crunch and then also this gives you a nice salty crunch too these are plantain chips though I typically make my own from scratch you can check my YouTube channel of how to do that these I don’t think are terrible these are by barana it’s made out of coconut oil plantains and just Himalayan salt so that is a nice treat nice crunchy treat as well and this combo by dipping it into cottage cheese is amazing so you have to try this this is a great lunch so I hope you enjoy it
