all hello I want you guys to accompany me while Cindy young hello Louisa hi I’m cutting some vegetables I’m making a lentil soup and I said you know what I attempted to go live this morning and the internet is bad so I wasn’t able to do it I attempted yesterday and I said you know what oh I’m GNA do it I am right now trying to cut aapo without touching too much of the seed you know cuz then when you touch the seed and your hands get all Punky hola pky Cindy dur hello St Martinez that that Chile is hot oo I’m only going to put the one you know when you wet the Chile it gets all that that’s in your throat let me get a sip of water I know with this weather it’s hot as it is Texas guy wife hello hello how are you mama with this weather this um I’m making this manento soup but we have the AC on so and it’s going to rain today I don’t know why every time it rains does this happen to you guys that every time it rains you crave soup so I’m make the lentil soup I have um I have the soup there boiling the um the lenos with um thank you so much Cindy young Hopey look at all the jalapenos I’m putting in with a big one um it’s lentil and um smoke neck bones in there boiling and then I’m going to start adding the vegetables now I’m going to do half a onion right oh I’m glad you got back safe from San Antonio how was that dry jalapenos are scary they can get a little too spicy right I was going to add two but with just one I was going to add the second one but not I’m going to add this half a onion I’m going cut it up now let me wash my hands oh my God give me a minute because the jalapeno got me going just give I hate when that happens and I know people would like to run with stuff you know every every little mistake every little detail you do there’s an issue with it I’ve been wanting to make some mother turkey wings but can’t find the wings oh I saw them in in in my Walmart today actually the Walmart that I go to I saw them turkey wings the jalapeno is still getting to me man rained all the way we’re home thank the Lord yes thank God I make lentil but looking for variation Cindy I I learned with a Mexican friend during um holy W week for the Catholics to make the lentil soup with tomatoes jalapeno onion the herbs the flavoring and then once the lentil was tender she would take eggs and break it inside and then you will eat this lentil soup with um eggs inside the eggs will be like posted hole in there and then one day I was like you know I want to try this with the neck bones and I did and it’s actually a thing with the neckbone I love it I really love it it’s a thing my my the people in my house love it so all my onions are cut I’m going to put it in onion I don’t even have cilantro guys I didn’t and I want I went to the supermarket to pick to buy the um we add this as well to the lentil soup I have a few mushrooms left over so I’m going to cut them in half and throw them in because why not I don’t want them to go to waste and I usually have when I have some left over I make um an omelette but I’m not home in the for breakfast so it’s going to go inside the soup I don’t want them to go to waste so what better way then in soup he’ll will be a hearty hearty soup for sure and then I have a tiny little piece of bell pepper I’m going to throw it in there as well why not it’s basically when I used to live in Queens I had a neighbor that when I made this soup I had to make their own bowl of it for them and when they moved out the wife called me one time and said hey you got to give us that recipe because Charlie loves that soup I give it to her and she said she still can’t get it she says the way your lentil comes out mine lentil separate and yours don’t I said I don’t know I don’t do nothing special just wash it and boil she said well he doesn’t like the way I make it I laugh it’s like that we all make like the Aros and Aros Mexico some people make it so good other people know I I’m a failure at AR meico I tell you the truth but arok gandula any other rice so good I’m going to put these in so what’s everyone been up to those that haven’t had light how’s everything going now are you stable I’m going to peel a carrot I don’t think I would like lentil I like beans I oh I like those too I like them too but my question is how do they taste they it’s so good the lentil soup is delicious I love it and it’s got that spicy jalapeno I love it I love it it’s hearty it’s delicious let me see if I’m missing so I’ve been listening to a couple of the platforms and you know it comes to to mind how many times I was ridicule um oh four years and no one acknowledges you four years and you still begging for acknowledgement I never begged for acknowledgement um but yet here you are the one that that spoke about me begging all day today stressed about not being shout out I don’t know what’s the big deal somebody didn’t shout you out they didn’t shout you out big deal like what’s the big deal nothing’s happening it’s at the end of the world confronted like a woman and keep going I don’t see why the whole show about making lives and lies because someone didn’t shout you out that is just so ridiculous to me put in some carot let me wash the board again I feel like the board has the jalapeno and it really wants to make me cough didn’t make no big deal of it it makes so sense what I see in the RGV hello and to be it like that there’s no there’s no reason for it I just do and then I cut them into moons and this you put at the last 20 minutes because this will get this and the potatoes could go towards towards the last 20 minutes so this right here gets cooked quick and if you leave it longer it will just go away it will disintegrate in there my husband is spoiled guys I have all the garbage here on the and then I’m going to put two potatoes I’m going to peel these here when you have a small kitchen you got to make it happen that’s it it’s a little uncomfortable to do a proper cooking show the Angles and the stuff but I’m not into it right now I enjoy the time with my friend I would like to do that again I told her I want to make chusa with her it’s a tradition a traditional um Moroccan dish that I love it’s like eggs and tomatoes and so good and she bought me a Tajin one of those Moroccan pots with a pink lid cuz she does have a pink going peel these guys cut them up and set them on the side for the last 20 minutes of this I got to put some garlic cuz I haven’t put Garlic in there yeah guys so I’m just just like saying like what’s the big deal like I don’t see the big deal I love me too Cindy me too there’s a lot of good kitchen stuff I’m not going to deny I think that pot may be a little too small I’m looking at it now but it’s going to have to work it’s going to have to work we anticipating some rain over here nothing compared to what you all went through over there in Texas recently this weather this this season is going to be horrible guys this is going to be horrible I’m trying to plan a trip to Puerto Rico and I’m quite honest with you I am kind of afraid here to be quite honest with you of planning it anytime soon because of this weather pattern that’s happening look I cut them in these little half Moons yeah what do you soak plantains in you could soak them in water um green plantains water and a little bit of salt water and it’s not necess Neary but a lot of people like to do it but it’s not necessary to be quite honest with you KK it is not necessary to soak them honestly as long as you fry them I don’t know if you’re going to make like plantain chips like tonis as long give me a minute guys you’re going to make like the fried plant things that you fry and then you take it out the a also make my soup instead but first I start with the carrot corn that’s what I did carrots corn mhm cabbage I didn’t put cabbage this time at the end and rice I’m not putting rice cilantro is the very last thing yes yes so I already put the corn I put the carrot I don’t have celery so there’s no celery in there I got my my seasoning already I got onion in there I have a little bit of bell pepper I got the jalapeno I’m going to put Garlic now KK yeah the plantain if you’re going to do the doonis where you fry and then you take it out and you squash them and you fry you don’t really have to soak it so people soak it but honestly you don’t have to soak it quite honest with you they are so good with with pepper steak ooo so good so good with pepper steak toonic with pepper steak good okay I’ve been doing like that sometimes I fry aside or baked them and I’m putting something in and I’m putting something in the oven noral do you mean teu um Juna hello you could do it in the air fryer too if you rub a little bit of um olive oil you could do them in the air fry they come out good too I’ve done them in the air Fry Guys you know you know the um the naan I was making with my friend the other day um she took home three balls and I told her you know prepare it separate it then you can freeze it and use it and mine what I did was I put a hole I I squashed them down I put a hole in the middle like a bagel kind of thing and I yes I love Teo and I put it in the air fryer and they were so good in the air fryer with CFE you guys oh my God you guys got to see this sink cuz I put all the stuff in here it’s dirty the jalapeno got me going and you know what’s going to be bad if I’m all this jalapenos got me going and then in reality no Pika it’s not spicy like a little kick or something they are great clothes and H my quality and I have to side down upside two sizes other than that they are as good as Amazon I tend to cook more when it’s just the two of us at the RV here my house I order in thank you guys for sharing with me ohia hi you here
