Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 small cubanelle pepper (or which ever you want), diced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
2-1/4 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp sugar
salt and pepper, to taste (I used 1 tsp of salt)
1-1/3 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
Process:
1. In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium high heat until browned, spoon off any extra grease.
2. Add onion, garlic and bell pepper of choice, saute until translucent (3-5 minutes)
3. Add chicken broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt and pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning , sugar and Worcestershire sauce, give everything a good mix and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to low, put the lid on and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
4. Add dried elbow macaroni and allow to simmer for 20 more minutes or until the pasta is cooked.

[Music] hi guys I’m Johnny and today’s video I’m going to show you how to make a one pot pasta it is a goulash or a macaroni pasta with ground beef this is like the American version it is very delicious and very quick to make so let’s get started so guys I’m going to start off in my Dutch oven cooking up my ground beef this is 90% lean and 10% fat you can use whatever you like I’m going to cook it there for about 5 minutes breaking it up with a spoon after 5 minutes you can drain the fat if needed or if you want and at this point I’m going to add some minced garlic chop onion chop cubanet pepper but you can use any pepper you like and you’re going to cook that cook that there for about 4 minutes or on to soften now I’m going to add my tomato sauce I’m going to add my diced tomatoes I’m going to add a chicken broth paprika salt and pepper Italian seasoning Wier show sauce sugar and I’m going to whx that together mix it all together and bring it to a boil I’m working over medium high heat once the mixture have come to a boil I’m going to lower the heat to low and I’m going to cover and cook it for about 15 to 20 minutes after 18 minutes this is how my mixture looks at this point you’re going to go ahead and add your elbow macaroni or you can use any shortcut pasta that you like and you’re going to put the Lea back and cook it on low for until the pasta cook for about 20 minutes after 20 minutes this is how my pasta looks it smells so good and it tastes delicious now you serve yourself some and that is it so guys I really hope that you enjoyed my goulash it was very delicious and it’s a very easy meal to make if you ever made it don’t forget to let me know please don’t forget to subscribe to my channel and until next time bye-bye

Made this and used crushed tomatoes instead of diced. Because thats what I had lol. Came out wonderful, and the crushed tomatoes give it some extra consistency. I also threw in some leftover muenster cheese cubes towards the end. Super good 🙂 thanks for the recipe Jonny 😀
Yes it's a pasta recipe. But absolutely nothing like goulash,(Gulyas). I'm a Hungarian cook and make it regularly. Please compare the prices ingredients and execution, you'll understand.
