Spice up your classic American Cobb salad and infuse some Tex-Mex flavors!

Add some seasoning and spices to your chicken, grilled corn, and other fresh vegetables to take your Cobb to the next level.

I love a good cob but today I am going to mix up that classic American salad and infuse some tex-mex flavors so I’ve got my rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken whatever you have on hand and I’m just gonna add some taco seasoning some cumin and a little bit of olive oil and let it hang out while I toss together the rest of my ingredients oleh so traditional Cobb uses either iceberg or romaine and what I love about romaine lettuce is just how crisp and crunchy it is I’ve also got some grilled corn I love to grill ahead and make a big batch of stuff grilled chicken grilled corn and then I can use it throughout the week to make all sorts of different dinners okay so let’s say you cut your corn just like I did but you you can tell that there’s still some meat left on if you take your knife over and then go down you’ll get all the sweet bits of the corn huh I’m gonna hand you a little trick got some avocado the rest is so easy chopped tomatoes red onion chicken black beans cheddar you do some lime juice I’d love to take some cilantro and then I don’t like to waste a single thing so at the bottom of my tortilla chip bag I’ve got all those like little broken bits so I just use them as garnish on top of the salad all right so there you’ve got it a tex-mex cob full of south-of-the-border flavors I’m Roni proto from war recipes just like these just go to my website dinner of reinvented com
