200g cream cheese
3 eggs
45g psyllium husks
0,5 tea spoon salt
0,5 tea spoon baking powder

Mix everything and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Then form the buns with your hands.
Bake for 50 minutes 150°C.

    The dough forms 4 hot dog buns or 6 small buns. Forgot to add that.

    I bet you could even add some yeast just for the flavor…

    What brand of psyllium did you use? I have found some brands will yield a purplish bread.
