Spent about $40 on the ingredients.
Heard frozen burritos were a “mealprep hack” so decided to try it. Can’t wait to reap the benefits of this 2-hour venture by just pulling one out of the freezer and microwaving it. Though next time I’ll probably do burrito bowls for half of them lol. Not shown is the salsa and the rice is homemade cilantro rice, basically jasmine rice with cilantro, yuzu extract (didn’t have limes), olive oil, and salt+pepper.
Total is 566 cal but will probably eat with a light layer cheese crust (directly grilled on pan) and some salsa. So rounded up to 600.
