I’ve been off track the past week and have been eating super unhealthily. I don’t know what’s come over me but it needs to stop. I tend to do this when I get in a depressive episode and I’ve found out it doesn’t make it any better-if anything it makes it worse. Stsrting my day with 2/3 cups of eggwhites slice of American cheese spinach and low carb wrap. Today I am heading to work and I WILL NOT order fries today. I will check back with you all and tell you all what I ate for accountability.

    Sometimes we have a bad day or even a bad week. The most important thing is to just get back onto the wagon and not over-correct at the same time. And to acknowledge that we’re all human and aren’t perfect. Don’t beat yourself up too hard about this. You’ve already even identified the changes you need to make and have a plan.
