When life is spinning out and we need a family dinner, this is our go to. My daughter smells the sauce and says “it smells like Christmas” and that’s usually when the provolone gets sliced for a snack, we get the garlic bread on and gather around the table.

    Garlic bread is more of an American thing. Native Italians don’t use that much garlic like you think.
