Got two front legs/shoulders and one back leg from a pig hunt on the egg smoking. Some mustard binder, light chipotle, ground jalapeño, brown sugar seasoning, and been lightly basting with 2 cups of pineapple juice. Juicing pineapple circles was an experience. Thought the sugar content in the juice (which I used to soak my sliced jalapeños) would create a nice glaze/crust. Meh so far. Smells lovely, but sometimes things just don’t form like you envision.
Just did the last baste, here goes the last hour out of 6, pull apart and taste test to come!

    Should’ve used a drip pan let it sit on the grill. Almost like you roasting it which won’t create any bark or add smokiness especially under foil?
