Seriously though, making a big piece of meat and portioning it out to vacuum seal and freeze will be such a time saver and help with a newborn.
Your wife will constantly thank you when y’all don’t have to stress over meals because it just needs to be heated up.

Living in Houston, I frequently use the excuse that firing up the oven will heat the house up… better to use the pellet grill instead!
