We had so much fun today at Erin’s Meadon Herb Farm talking all things #mozzarellacheese and then putting together some yummy summer salads using #homemademozzarella. We made prosciutto, cantaloupe, and watermelon salad with mozzarella, mint, and basil and then topped it off with balsamic glaze. But that wasn’t all! We also made #capresesalad too! Yum. Such easy salads to put together and the mozzarella? It only takes 30 minutes to make!
