Hey 🙂 I know I just asked for suggestions for pasta (yep that was me 😅) but my grocery order isn't until Tuesday and I wanted to be creative. I am working hard on making meals from what I already have – ADHD means I forget something at the store or something goes bad and I have to adjust.
Tonight I was going to use a smoked sausage rope but I wasn't sure it was still good. So I remembered I had breakfast sausage links that needed using within the next couple of days. It turned out really good

Ingredients:
1/2 onion
1 pound sausage
1 package Trader Joe’s stuffed gnocchi
1 package Pampa potato gnocchi (Dollar Tree)
1 jar Trader Joe’s roasted garlic marinara
4 oz Private Selection pizzeria shredded cheese
Use whatever brands or flavors you have on hand but this is what I used cuz it was in my kitchen.
After cooking the onions in the pan, I broke open the sausage links and cooked those along with. I added the frozen TJs gnocchi to the pan and cooked per instructions (they say add to a pan with oil or butter and I had sausage so 🤷♀️). Then I added the Pampa gnocchi, the jar of sauce and a little water to rinse out the jar and add to the pan. After the Pampa gnocchi was cooked, I topped it with the cheese, some garlic salt, and replaced the lid to melt the cheese.
