My latest obsession. Makes me feel like I’m having a little pizza party every time I make it. And it’s so easy.
Recipe:
1 lavash flatbread (160 calories)
1/2 cup tomato sauce (100 calories)
1/2 mozzarella (160 calories)
Instructions:
I cut into pieces so I get crunchy corners (plus, it makes me feel like I’m getting a bunch of slices which I love)
Spread tomato sauce (I swear by Rao’s)
Optional: add garlic powder, dried oregano/basil, red pepper flakes)
Add cheese and any other topping
Air fry on 375-400 for 10-20 mins (depending on how crunchy you like it)
Note: you can also freeze the lavash flatbread. If you’re cooking from frozen, I would just air fry the frozen lavash for a few minutes before assembling to avoid sogginess)
