I live in lower NW Georgia. We have had a fabulous tomato season with harvest from late June until now when things are slowing down. While I am a bit sad that about 90% of the tomatoes are harvested, I am super happy with all the stuff I was able to do with my tomatoes to preserve them to eat throughout the year. I’ve still got plenty of tomatoes inside for sandwiches and fresh eating and enough on the vines to last another month or so with the new fruit set.

What do you like to do with your tomatoes besides eat them fresh and share with your friends and family?
