    Fire. Hanger is awesome. Especially with a sous vide to get it extra tender. Not to mention it’s substantially more affordable when one can find it

    Hanger is such a sleeper cut. A fav of chefs and SI workers (especially those in steakhouses or restaurants that do steaks um… good (don’t want to say well lol)

    Tremendous value cut with great flavor. If you see one on a menu (likely one of the lesser expensive cuts at a fine dining type steak spot) give it a try!
