welcome everyone you’ve got another recipe tutorial what are we making today sweet Marissa we are making one of our best sellers it is the Mediterranean salmon yeah when we had our restaurant this was getting churned out and obviously when you’re cooking all the food you’re not necessarily eating it all the time so sometimes we taste it we be like oh god oh that’s actually all right yeah we forgot we forget how nice he is we forget how good we are [Music] okay so what is going into this we’ve got olives black olives here and we have them in a jar it just has salt water so brine in it so it’s just olives my man here we’ve got some sundried tomatoes in uh olive oil and here we have got some fresh salmon and it’s just been skinned and cut into cubes ideally as well if you could go for wild salmon is better quality and you know it’s not got any hormones or any antibiotics in it it’s just straight from the sea and we’ve got some garlic here which is in some warm water and we have also got some herbs here you can go for a mix we’ve gone for a bit of parsley and mint mint just so bring out the freshness and is nice no and some a little bit of lemon juice and zest for a bit of Zin so we start now by putting our olives in so olives going in and you want to not put any of the liquid in it you want them dry we’ve also got our sundried tomato and this you do want to use the oil that’s going to help lubricate it and here we have the garlic which has been in the warm water and it’s so so easy to peel now just clip off the end and off it comes so we’re just going to chop this a little bit and then we’re going to throw it in with our olives and our sundried Tomatoes what we’re going to do here is we’re going to pulse it so we’re not going to get it into a paste you want kind of coarse bits in it you want it to be a bit of rough when you’re eating it so we’re going to go yes it’s called pulsive that’s it technical T it is looking a bit um light that is because when olive oil Blitz it always becomes a light color but it once it settles it’ll go back to clear and this marinade is super simple but so so versatile you can have it on any protein you can have it on your eggs even that was a really good seller this can even be frozen so you can freeze it in small batches and use it whenever you want it okay so now we are getting to the the sexy bit we’ve got our lemon our herbs and our salt and of course our [Music] salmon so we’ve got our salmon on our tray and of course you can make as much salmon as you want you can prep for the whole week like this we used to do um so you could split it into two flavors have your med have your Pui or your Masala all the recipes are on our page it really does help minimize the amount of meal prep that you’re doing if you do one big batch interesting flavors it doesn’t feel so boring this is our Med now it’s get a juicy tablespoon on her I’m going to be sprinkle our herbs on little bit of lemon juice little bit of lemon juice delightful and then we’re just going to mix it right in there you want to get everything coated you want a nice a generous portional Niche so this is going in the oven now I know you guys I know you guys you’re going to overcook your salmon aren’t you you’re going to put it in for 20 minutes this size this shape we’re going to have start with a 5 minutes into the oven on a 180 that’s only 5 minutes cuz you want it to be Rosy inside you want it to break apart and salmon it will keep on cooking after you have taken out of the oven so don’t overcook one thing I hate hate is overcooked [Music] salmon so we’ve got our salmon here and it is looking very sexy roasted caramelized Oozy you like those words do you me too flakes off easily it’s moist it’s wet still it’s not got a crazy amount of the protein oozing out of it the white stuff okay yes we have got our plates here our pretty plate mom what have you got this is our salsa birdie that we’ve put on our YouTube channel and we’re going to try it out today check out that video it’s delicious this all right we got our veg we’re going to make sure you season it up placed lovingly on the plate then we’re going to go on with our beautiful salmon bit of parsley bit of mint and this lemon zest will really bring out the flavor it’s really nice yeah lemon zest on food m-m [Music] M all right guys for more recipes like this and we’re going to give you tips on how to meal prep how to get good flavors out of your protein make sure you watch more videos like this on our Channel
