This chicken Caesar salad is my take on a classic favorite made lighter! This salad is incredible! We have elevated it with my delicious homemade healthy Caesar salad dressing! This recipe combines tender, chicken breast over top crisp romaine lettuce, all generously tossed in our creamy Caesar dressing. The dressing is rich in flavor and light on fat and calories!

The grilled chicken adds lean protein to this salad, which will help keep you full and satisfied. We topped this chicken Caesar salad with freshly grated Parmesan.
