Soft Lemon Cookies 🍋🍪
Ingredients:
– 145 g sugar
– Zest of 2 lemons
– 80 g melted butter
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 245 g all-purpose flour
– 1 pinch salt
– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
– Granulated sugar and icing sugar for rolling

merci pour ce moment gourmand, moi aussi je suis dans la cuisine, ce sera cake au jambon et olives et tarte aux mirabelles, pour les vacances nous sommes partis en famille à Malte alors pour juillet et août on va rester chez nous, c'est déjà super d'être parti avec nos enfants, j'habite à la campagne, j'ai fait un jardin et on se balade souvent, très bon week-end à tous
