    I’ve always thought about making a sandwich shop that has Italian dinners on garlic sandwich bread. Lasagna, Meatball, Ziti, Eggplant Parm, Chicken Parm, Cacio e Pepe, Chicken Piccata….the list goes on. You eat all these with bread as it is, so make a sanweech.

    I make sandwiches with lefover spaghetti ragu the next day. My wife says I am weird.

    So I would definitely eat that.

    A sandwich place in my town that no longer exists use to have lasagna subs on Wednesday. He’d garlic bread the sub bread and put some lasagna on it. It was messy af but so good.
