INGREDIENTS:

3 large zucchini
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbs salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika

Method

Preheat oven to 425F,line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Trim zucchini ends,slice in half crosswise,then cut in half lengthwise, and then cut into 3-4 sticks,about 1/4-inch thick.
Add the zucchini in a bowl and season with salt and pepper,pepper and paprika.
Place the zucchini on the prepared baking tray.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes,flipping halfway through.
