Smoking a pork butt from Kroger. Rubbed with Meat Church Honey Hog and All Purpose BBQ rubs, mustard as a binder for the rub, and then ground coffee on top for some depth of flavor. Spritzing with apple juice/bourbon/water mixture, we’ll see how it goes!
