    What time and temp are you using? I’ve had a run of poor luck at 350 degrees and 45ish minutes. The skin has been rubbery and shrunk/torn off before I ever took it off the grill.

    That looks just like the batch I did a couple of years back. The wings were pretty good, but not nearly as good as when I deep fry them. And boy was that basket a pain in the ass to get clean. It was the one and only time I used that basket, and I have no urge to use it again.
