Last nights bbq chicken getting warmed up. Anyone else use the grill for leftovers?
Too hot to use the oven inside. 2nd and 3rd pics from last night.

I guess you can. Prob need way less charcoal than what you are using. Usually just throw leftovers in a toaster oven and press the reheat button. LOL

I just eat it cold. Cold bbq chicken is pretty darn good.

Twice the grilling fun half the work! Ain’t no shame in that game!🍺

Was the chicken dry? After the BBQ sauce has cooked down I’d consider spritzing it with some apple juice or something. And then re-saucing.
And I think 400 is just too high of a heat, that zucchini or whatever looks a little too burnt. Like others have said, way less charcoal next time.
Live and learn, but as long as it was decent eatin for you, screw what anybody else says.

What is the 3rd pic? Cabbage squash and zucchini just halved and grilled with oil? Haven’t tried that but looks way easier than the smaller pieces I fuck around with.

Never microwave. If I reheat something it gets heated the way it was initially cooked
