Temp is a steady 250, Jealous Devil lump, hickory and oak split chunks, Michelob Ultra and water below in the pan, and spritzing with Michelob Ultra.
BTW, purchased my XL about 3 months ago and is the greatest grill I've ever owned. Have done at least 60 cooks on it so far.
