Decided to dive into sourdough after my buddy gave me some starter that had been in his girlfriend’s family for 80 years. I love cooking, grilling especially, but have never baked anything in my life. I was very proud and it tasted delicious, but please let me know how I did and where I can improve.
Last slide was L-R: Tomato, feta, and balsamic. Tomato and chèvre. BLT(the bacon is hiding)

Great first attempt! Based on the crumb (some large air pockets, tight crumb), it looks pretty underproofed. Maybe try increasing your bulk fermentation time.
