Pickled Jalapeno and Carrots for marinating chicken breasts

    Hello everyone,

    I was on a vegetarian diet for a bit, trying to get a handle on my health and then started to get back to meat-meal-preps. I was suffering from leathery chicken every week.

    Then, I’m not sure why, but I happened upon this substance – large jar 26 oz of pickled jalapeno and carrots, and have marinated chicken in it for two weeks.

    And, guess what?? No more leather chicken.

    I don’t know the science behind why, but this stuff seems to be a miracle.

    And, no it doesn’t come out spicy. Just a little salty and not dried out.
