I just finished watching this series where this gal feeds herself for 30 days on 100 bucks.
She’s start a new one on Aug 1st.
Thought I’d share in case someone here finds this useful: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL63FvXBj5fX2O_qM0FhzEmxtGkvO9wgSt&si=4SxDZ59sC9L-MzCe

She always has such good ideas.
I feed 4 for $130 every 3 weeks. There’s some life related upgrades (about 3 days a week she brings home some bonus food from her job. It never makes it’s way to my mouth, but the kids seem to enjoy it. I cover the majority of groceries.) We shop discount groceries and freeze the meat. If you’re in the Southeast US GO grocery is awesome. Everywhere else in the country, it exists. Find it. I pay half price on everything (Walmart prices) there. Buylo is another one. You have one near you(USA). Go there. I cook most of the meals. Summer break, the kids fend during the day while we work, and eat pancakes/oatmeal, then leftovers, then new dinner, 5 days a week, and we kill whatever is leftover the last day. Eating cheap and healthy is easy. Just. Don’t. Buy. Trash.
I made beef, sausage, and lentils on rice with kale, and green beans with a North African/Middle East flavor profile this evening. It probably cost about $2/serving. It’s going to feed everyone for dinner tonight, lunch and dinner tomorrow. Tastes yummy. If you’re in USA, and don’t eat like a dumb dumb, eating healthy for cheap is easy.
She does a great job. Love her videos.
Love this vlogger! Very down to earth, her voice is soothing, and she’s like one of us, lol!
