* 200 gram Potato * 200 gram Peas * 1 Egg * 1 clove of Garlic * 35 grams Desiccated Coconut * 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric * 1/2 teaspoon Cumin or Caraway * 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala * 1/2 teaspoon Dille * 1/2 teaspoon Chili flakes * 150 milliliter Greek Yoghurt * Salt to taste * 1/4 Adjuma/other hot pepper optional
# Directions
* Peel the potatoes and dice them up. Chops the garlic in slices. * Add the potato and garlic to frying pan, add salt and water that it is just under water and let it cook. * When the potato is half done you add the coconut, peas, hot pepper if you chose so, chili flakes and other spices. The mix has to be half in water, since now we are going to cook it on high fire while stirring till the peas are done and the water is gone. * Mix de yoghurt and the egg. Turn off the stove and mix the yoghurt-egg mix in and stir the dish real well. Add some more salt, dille or chili flakes if you please.
