Shopping List:
Boneless skinless chicken breast
Red and Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup diced mushrooms
1 lb bowtie pasta
2 tbsps butter
1/2 diced red onion
AP and Lemon Bae Seasoning
Red pepper flakes
2 tbsp minced garlic
2-3 tbsps flour
2 cups grated parmesan
diced parsley

Chicken:
2 eggs
2 cups panko bread crumbs + 1/2 cup parmesan
1 cup all-purpose flour
oil for frying

  1. I made the chili you and AB did a video together on. It is AMAZING! We shared some with my husbands co-worker. He loved it and said we should enter the chili cook-off. LOL! We would if we didn't have to buy the equipment to cook outside. Between you and AB we are excited about cooking again.

  2. Just made this for my husband and he said it tasted better than the one from Cheescake. The flavor is spot on!!! Instead of the lemon seasoning I used Cajun seasoning 🤗

  5. Made this two nights ago and it was ON POINT! I ended up eating the leftovers tonight. This is one of my go-to dishes at Cheesecake Factory and this is somehow identical but also somehow BETTER than their version lol. My husband took his first bite and his eyes got so big 😂 I love it when food does that! Thanks for sharing.

  7. As a former Cheesecake Factory employee, I’ll say this is very close to the actual Louisiana pasta, but you made a few mistakes

    1, the bell peppers are supposed to be diced into 1/2 inch pieces

    2, there’s no onions in the dish, except for a little bit of green onions at the end

    3, we use Cajun butter at the restaurant, which the prep team makes for us like cooks but you can use regular butter and Cajun seasoning

    4, you put wayy too much chicken stock, the recipe at the restaurant says 1.5 fl oz only, just to deglaze the pan, then you add around 7 fl oz of heavy cream

    5, the chicken isn’t 100% like the chicken cutlets at the restaurant , but I’d choose yours over the ones at the restaurant since yours has more seasoning
