    Looks good! I would suggest cutting your spring onion a bit thinner. That way it just feels a lot nicer to eat instead of having to chew on those chunks, but that’s personal. Same goes for the pork belly, if it’s a bit thinner it’s easier to pick up with your chop sticks. Eggs look perfect! Broth looks excellent and I bet it was very nice.
