I’m trying to lose some weight so I’ve been eating at a deficit of 1200-1500 a day (lower end if I’m saving up for a night out when I’m not cooking) and prepping freezer burritos. I use them for lunches or dinners when my partner wants to order out and I don’t want to be tempted. I weigh everything and use Google to calculate the calories or the back of a box. I included some of my recipes here too, most of them come from recipes I’ve found online but I’ve modified to fit my caloric needs. They’re a bit of a work in progress so feel free to ask me any questions. They’ve been a huge life saver when it comes to me being lazy or tempted by take out. And, a month in, I’m still not sick of burritos!! lol
