    My grandfathers recipe from a 1950s magazine. All day bolognese of 50:50 Italian sausage and beef and a 50:50 mixture of cottage cheese and ricotta with egg and I use a ton of basil – no béchamel. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

  2. My nonna. Polpettine and crumbled sausage. Ricotta with egg and a splash of cream to make it real runny. No bechamel. Homemade pasta sheets.
