I've made it. For the first time in years, my weight is finally considered "healthy". And to think just 7 months back I was obese. 27.6kg down and I'm feeling kind of proud of myself.

I’ve made it. For the first time in years, my weight is finally considered “healthy”. And to think just 7 months back I was obese. 27.6kg down and I’m feeling kind of proud of myself.


I know BMI is a terrible measure of health and I wish it didn't have to matter to me but as a disabled person in the UK, especially when I was big, it feels like BMI is all those doctors care about. It's one less thing my unrelated health issues can be blamed on.
