    That looks GOOD. The slaw and peppers especially. I know the meats get all the love but for me a good Italian is kinda made in the garnishes. I need that nice spicy crunchy acidic component to offset the fatty salty meats.

    When I get one, I buy fresh mozzarella from the cheese aisle and put it on. Then it’s perfect.

    Yo, that roll looks perfect!! A little crispy/flaky on the outside… 😋 When I worked at a pizza/hoagie shop, we’d leave the amoroso rolls under the flat top for a day to dry them just to this point 😘🤌
