I was so excited to stumble upon this sub recently. Of course there’s a sub for β€œvolume eating,” something I’ve been practicing for a long time but had no idea there was a name for it πŸ˜‚

Here’s my first post – I’m all about simple+fast af, minimally processed, and balanced (I was really bad about protein intake for a while so I’m trying to be better!). This was my mid-afternoon snack today:

  • Sugar snap peas (I go through bags of these a week)
  • Baby carrots + dill pickle mustard (the absolute best low-calorie veggie dipping sauce imo)
  • Hardboiled eggs with salt, pepper and paprika
  • Tamari rice cake with whipped cream cheese (I am obsessed with rice cakes and spreads lately)
  • Bubbly water + 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (hydration, fullness, and just a bit of tangy flavor that I love)

I’ve gotten so many ideas from here, thank you to this sub for existing!
