    Didn’t do his sauce. Instead I did a simple sauce with whole peeled tomatoes, olive oil, salt and a little garlic. Cooked on a baking steel. Came out a bit pear shaped but I did my best.

    Toppings were smoked sausage and basil. I did another with shiitake mushrooms and caramelized onions

    You need to get your oven hotter, perhaps a baking steel or pizza stone. Your crust is still white in spots.

    550F for 7-9 min

    Looks really good to me. Just like mine when I take them out. My only recommendation would be to baste that crust edge with some olive oil with an italian seasoning blend and maybe some garlic salt.

    It will finish the look and add great flavor.
