    Fontina cheese and another random cheese I had. (I live in Italy, not America, and that was the cheese I had)

    I disagree that it looks over cooked, unless that’s a crusty bread in which case it might be. But the color looks good. I am also a “whatever cheese I have on hand” grilled cheese maker.
