This was soy sauced based with slow cooked pork belly, additional Karage and extra noodles.
They offer a spice range of 0-10 and this was a 5 (10 being Carolina reaper)

I would really avoid mixing everything until i taste each element with no spice. It seems that after you mix in the chili you wont feel much with your tongue aside of heat and salt.

I had another ramen with fried chicken my last trip to Japan. At first I thought the fried chicken was a bit weird in the ramen but I actually really enjoyed it when the karage was soaked in the broth. When I came back home I started ordering my ramen like that (ordering a ramen plus karage and putting it together).

Would smash but that chili looks like it’s going to set your soul in flames.

What is that clumpy looking thing at the far end of the bowl? I’m usually not one for super meaty ramen but looks good. That mound of chili powder is making my anus pucker just at the sight of it.

Do they use the same spice mix for all 10 levels? As in just pile it on til it hits 100k Scoville, or do they have progressively hotter pepper blends?
