I have this issue on some poblanos and anaheims I bought from the same nursery. This same raised bed I have Pueblo chiles from another nursery and they are doing fine.
When I planted I added Dr. Earth Tomato, vegetable and herb fertilizer, oyster shells and epsom salt. I also have started supplementing with cal-mag solution every other week. So there should not be a deficiency even though it looks like it may be.
When I first got these peppers from the one nursery I noticed after about a week of having them indoors under lights until I could plant there were aphids. They were sprayed and I have not seen any since planting in late May.
