Ingredients
* 355 ml olive oil
* 118 ml red wine vinegar
* 1 lemon juice and zest
* 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
* 4 cloves garlic finely minced
* 1 teaspoon salt
* ½ teaspoon pepper
* 1 teaspoon dried basil
* ½ teaspoon dried oregano
* ½ teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
* Add all the ingredients to a large jar or salad dressing shaker.
* Shake very well until all the ingredients are well combined and the dressing is smooth.
* Serve over your favourite Greek salads or store in the fridge until you’re ready to use.
