  1. Dr Berg would say hidden sugars might be in pre made ranch. So I recommend making your own if you are doing keto

Havarti & Queso cheeses are excellent w/sharp cheddar, & Maya's homemade ranch is one of the best I've ever made~ seriously, so much better than anything store bought, including the ones labeled as "healthy"/"low carb". This casserole is very rich, so we often pair it w/unsweetened iced tea because it really helps to balance the meal.

  4. I would make this if I could eat cheese and dairy products. Sadly I can’t. Perhaps full fat coconut milk could replace some of the ingredients here? 🤔

    Is it ok to use frozen broccoli? You mentioned the frozen spinach but didn't say whether the broccoli could be frozen. If so, do we treat it like the frozen spinach (just thaw and squeeze out the extra water) or do we still have to blanch it again?
