Figs and mozzarella salad
This salad was so good that I made it for a late breakfast. π
You will need:
– Arugula
– Figs
– Mozzarella
– Prosciutto
– Sunflower seeds
– Dried cranberries
– Honey
– Olive oil
– A pinch of salt
Hereβs how to make it:
1. Place arugula on a plate.
2. Top it with sunflower seeds and dried cranberries.
3. Quarter the figs and place them on top.
4. Tear mozzarella with your hands and add it to the plate.
5. Take prosciutto slices and fold them to look like little roses, then place them on the plate.
6. Drizzle with honey and olive oil.
7. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
8. Serve and enjoy! π
